Konola is without a doubt, one of the hottest prospects in the UK Christian Rap scene. The 21-year-old, born and raised in Tottenham, London, has been influential in pioneering the UK’s burgeoning gospel drill scene.

But he won’t allow himself to be pigeonholed by the genre. In fact, he even pushes back against the “rapper” label, preferring to describe himself as an “evangelist, not a rapper.”

His debut mixtape ‘Glory To God’ was released in August 2019. That was followed by ‘Christian Walk’ in June 2020 – which featured artists such as Zelijah Tishbite, Likemikes and R-Scar, and amassed over 100,000 streams in its first two months!

Konola dropped his first official single ‘Militant March’ on all platforms in October 2020. This was quickly followed by release number two, ‘Hugh Hefner’.

With support from platforms such as Gospel Hydration, Rapzilla, Premier Gospel and Hardest Bars, Konola is bound to break out in a big way in 2021.
